摘要
量子能(EQ)粒子是一种新型无机粒子填充材料,能够抗菌除臭、保温、促进血液循环减少癌症发生等。利用双螺杆挤出机将EQ粒子与聚丙烯(PP)共混造粒,制得EQ粒子掺杂PP功能母粒。并对改性母粒形貌、结构及结晶度进行表征。研究结果表明:掺杂EQ粒子后,制得的EQ粒子掺杂PP功能母粒的特征衍射峰强度增加,晶型主要为α晶型,晶粒尺寸有所减小,EQ粒子对PP有异相成核作用,在EQ添加量为3%(wt,质量分数),加工温度为210℃条件下,制得的EQ粒子掺杂PP功能母粒的熔融温度为168.9℃,熔融热焓值为99.8J/g,黏度达到80Pa·s。
Abstract
Quantum energy (EQ) particles are a new type of inorganic particle filling material,which can deodorization,heat preservation,and promote blood circulation to reduce the occurrence of cancer.A double screw extruder was used to blend EQ particles with polypropylene (PP) to make EQ particles doped PP functional masterbatch.The morphology,structure and crystallinity of modified masterbatch were characterized.The results showed that the diffraction peak intensity of PP particles was increased after doping EQ particles,the crystal was mainly alpha crystal type,the grain size decreased,EQ particles had nucleating effect on PP.The dosage of EQ was 3%,the processing temperature was 210℃.Under the condition the melting temperature of EQ doped PP particles prepared by masterbatch was 168.9℃,the melting enthalpy value was 99.8J/g,the viscosity reached 80Pa·s.
