摘要
聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维力学性能测试样品制备过程中,纤维与树脂基体的浸润效果受诸多条件影响。通过在纤维浸润时设置水浴,控制树脂液温度在30~35℃之间,能够有效提高纤维的拉伸强度并降低离散程度。同时,选取树脂液的固含量、纤维在树脂液中的浸润时间以及树脂的固化时间3种因素进行了正交试验。结果表明:对于不同丝束级别的碳纤维样品,3种因素的影响程度主次关系不一致,在制备样品时应有所倾向。
Abstract
During the preparation process of mechanical property testing sample of PAN-based carbon fibers,there are many conditions may affect the wettability of fiber and resin matrix.When the fiber was impregnated installing with a water bath,controlling the temperature of resin liquid at 30~35℃,can effectively enhance the tensile strength and reduced the discretization of fiber.The orthogonal experiment was also carried out.The solid content of resin liquid,the impregnation time and curing time of resin were selected as conditions.The results showed that to the different tow level of carbon fiber samples,the three conditions had the different primary and secondary relations of the influence degree,this should be noticed when prepared the samples.
