摘要

将不同质量分数的稀土铝酸盐夜光粉分别掺杂在水性聚氨酯浆料中制备出复合浆料,然后采用涂覆法对合成革进行夜光涂层处理,所得夜光合成革不仅具有普通合成革的舒适性、透气性、柔韧性、手感和外观等优点,同时还具有蓄能和自发光的功能。对夜光合成革小样进行发光性能、透水汽性能、耐水冲洗性能、热重性能和断裂强度、断裂伸长、撕裂强度、抗弯性等物理机械性能测试。结果表明:复合浆料对夜光粉的发光性能没有影响;当夜光粉在浆料中的含量为20%(质量分数)时,所制备的夜光合成革发光性能良好,能发射出波长为520nm的黄绿色光,同时其透水汽性能与耐水冲洗性能良好,其物理机械性能与耐热分解性能达到实用要求。

Abstract

The composite slurry was prepared by adding rare earth aluminate luminous powder with different mass fraction into waterborne polyurethane slurry.The coating was applied to the synthetic leather for the comfort,breathable flexibility,feel and appearance,etc.It also had the storage and self-luminous function.The luminescence properties,water vapor permeability test,water rinse performance test,thermogravimetric performance test,fracture strength,elongation at break,tear strength and bending resistance of prepared luminous synthetic leather were tested.The results showed that the composite slurry had no effect on the luminescent properties of luminous powder.When the content of luminescent powder in the slurry was 20%,the luminescent performance of prepared leather was good.The emission wavelength was 520nm green light,while its water vapor permeability and good performance of water rinse,the physical and mechanical properties and heat decomposition performance were all to meet practical requirements.
