探讨利用超声波的方法将卤胺抗菌剂前驱体接枝在麻纤维上的工艺及效果。首先以三聚氯氰为活性基团,对氨基苯磺酸为水溶性基团,5,5-二甲基海因为卤胺载体,合成一种一氯均三嗪衍生物类卤胺抗菌剂前驱体HB;然后利用超声波的方法将HB接枝到麻纤维上,通过氯化制备抗菌麻纤维。研究了中性盐、碱、整理剂用量、超声温度和时间等因素对接枝效果的影响。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为中性盐200g/L、碱50g/L、整理剂20%、温度70℃、时间2h;并采用红外光谱和扫描电镜对整理后的麻纤维进行表征;氯化后的麻纤维具有优良的杀菌性能,能在10min内杀死105~106CFU的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌。
