摘要

采用制革产生的残弃牛毛经化学处理后机械粉碎制得的毛粉与丙烯酸树脂(PAA)混合,制备了一种新型毛粉丙烯酸树脂复合物(ACC)。对ACC和PAA分别进行了导热、隔声等测试。实验结果表明:毛粉用量30%(wt,质量分数),膜厚度1.5mm的ACC膜的导热系数为0.012W/(m·℃),隔声量为32db。与市售隔声产品相比,ACC膜隔声性能优于聚氨酯泡沫类,与沥青类和橡胶类接近。

Abstract

A new kind of composite material ACC (acrylic resin/cowhair powder complex) was prepared with acrylic resin (PAA) and tannery abandoned cowhair processed by chemical.Both ACC and PAA were tested for thermal conductivity,sound isolation and so on.The results showed that the thermal conductivity of ACC can decrease to 0.012W/(m·℃) and the sound insulation quantity can be 32dB when cowhair powder dosage was 30% and the thickness of ACC film was 1.5mm.Compared with sold sound-proofing products,the sound insulation of ACC was close to rubber and asphalt,superior to polyurethane foam products.
