以面粉为原料,经炭化、磺化制得炭基固体酸催化剂,并对其进行表征。以油酸、甲醇为原料,进行酯化反应,考察了炭化温度、炭化时间、磺化温度和磺化时间对油酸转化率的影响。结果表明:在400℃下炭化2h,130℃下磺化2h,其催化活性最强,油酸转化率高达94%。
The flour used as the raw material,the carbon-based solid acid catalyst was got by carbonization and sulfonation,and its feature was described.Oleic acid and methanol as the raw material for esterification was investigated,inspected the influence of carbonization temperature,carbonization time,sulfonation temperature and sulfonation time on the catalytic activity.The results showed that at 400℃ carbonized 2h,at 130℃ sulfonated 2h,the catalytic activity was the strongest,the rate of oleic acid conversion was as high as 94%.
