双相炭黑是新型的填料,螺旋纳米碳纤维(HCNF)是具有特殊结构的炭材料。以气相生长HCNF为基础,通过原位生成法制备了双向炭黑——SiO2/螺旋纳米碳纤维(SiO2-HCNF),研究了SiO2-HCNF的制备与性质。最后与炭黑N330和HCNF进行结合胶性能对比。结果表明:SiO2-HCNF结合胶的抗拉强度较天然橡胶(NR)提高了0.2MPa,较HCNF结合胶提高了0.098MPa,并且结合胶量也提高了8.27%。
Dual phase carbon black is a new type of filler,and helical carbon nanofibers (HCNF) is a new carbon material with special structure.The manufacture and properties of dual phase carbon black (SiO2-HCNF) were discussed,which was prepared by in-situ synthesis method used HCNF by chemical vapor deposition.Finally the properties of bound rubber was investigated by comparing SiO2-HCNF with carbon black (N330) and HCNF.The tensile strength of bound rubber of SiO2-HCNF was increased up to 0.2MPa compared with the nature rubber (NR) and 0.098MPa with HCNF,the bound rubber of SiO2-HCNF content was increased to 8.27% compared with HCNF.
