摘要
以季铵化壳聚糖(QCS)和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料,借助交联剂戊二醛(GA),通过溶胶-凝胶法制得有机-无机QCS/TEOS杂化膜,并考察其对罗丹明B(RB)的吸附效果。结果表明:当温度为40℃、吸附时间为20min、溶液pH=6、TEOS用量为20%(wt,质量分数)、RB初始浓度为8mg/L条件下,QCS/TEOS杂化膜对RB的吸附效果最好,吸附量达到3.402mg/g。
Abstract
Organic-inorganic hybrid membranes were synthesized with quaternized chitosan(QCS) and tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) through crosslinked glutaraldehyde(GA) and the method of sol-gel reaction,and studied the adsorption ability for Rhodamine B(RB).The results showed that the optimum adsorption condition was that the adsorption temperature was 40℃,the adsorption time was 20min,the solution pH value was 6,the ethyl silicate dosage was 20(wt)% and the initial concentration of RB was 8mg/L.Under the aforementioned conditions,RB adsorption capacity of membrane reached 3.402mg/g.
