将改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂与粘胶溶液共混,经真空脱泡后,制得高强度的纤维素/改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂共混膜。并对纤维素/改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂共混膜进行表征。研究结果表明:当改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂添加量为20%(wt,质量分数)时,制得的纤维素/改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂共混膜的力学性能达到最大值,断裂强力达到116.55N,伸长率达到205.27%,拉伸强度达到97.13MPa,具有较好的性能。
The modified melamine formaldehyde resin and the viscose solution were blended and vacuum degassed to obtain high strength cellulose/modified melamine formaldehyde resin blended film.And the resin blended film were characterized.The results showed that when the amount of modified melamine formaldehyde resin was 20(wt)%,the mechanical property of resin blended film were maximized,the breaking strength was 116.55N,the elongation reached 205.27%,the tensile strength of 97.13MPa,it had good performance.
