摘要
采用4,6-二氨基-1,3-苯二酚盐酸盐和1,4-萘二甲酸为原料,在磷酸、多聚磷酸介质中经溶液缩聚,制得聚苯并[1,2-d∶5,4-d′]二噁唑-2,6-二(1,4-亚萘基)(PNBO),并对制得的PNBO进行表征。研究结果表明:在P2O5添加量为84%(wt,质量分数),减压、氮气保护条件下,制得的PNBO产率达到86.73%,黏度达到17.95dL/g,并具有较好的耐热性能。
Abstract
The polybenzo [1,2-d∶5,4-d′]dioxazole-2,6-di(1,4-naphthalene)(PNBO) was synthesized by polycondensation in the medium of phosphoric acid and polyphosphoric acid and characterized,4,6-diamino-1,3-benzenediol hydrochloride and 1,4-naphthalene were used as raw materials.The results proved that the yield of PNBO reached 86.73% with the conditions of decompression and protection with nitrogen atmosphere,the optimum content of P2O5 was 84%.The intrinsic viscosity of obtained PNBO reached 17.95dL/g and it was heat-resistant.
