以苯胺为单体,过硫酸铵及过硫酸钾为氧化剂,盐酸为掺杂剂,通过化学氧化法制备了掺杂导电聚苯胺。采用XRD、FT-IR、SEM对样品的结构微观形貌进行了分析。将上述聚苯胺作为组分,环氧树脂粉末涂料为成膜物质制备聚苯胺/环氧树脂防腐粉末涂料,并将其采用静电喷涂的方法涂覆在钢板上,160℃固化15min。通过盐雾实验对其防腐性能进行了研究,并与普通粉末涂料及含有磷酸盐的防腐粉末涂料的防腐性能进行了比较。结果表明,聚苯胺防腐粉末涂料具有更好的防腐效果。
Conductive polyaniline composites (PANI) were prepared by chemical oxidative method with aniline as monomer,ammonium persulfate as oxidizing agent and hydrochloric acid as doping agent.The prepared conductive polyaniline composite was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM).Then PANI was incorporated in epoxy powder coating formulation by twin-screw extrusion process.The powder formulation was deposited on steel substrates by electrostatic spray coating and baked at 160℃ for 15min.Then these steel samples were extensively tested for corrosion resistance by exposure to salt spray testing.The results showed that PANI/epoxy powder coating formulation can prevent corrosion of the underlying substrate better.
