摘要

聚亚苯基砜(PPSU)是一种具有高机械强度、热稳定性和耐化学性的膜材料,而利用水滴模板法制备蜂窝状有序多孔膜是分子自组装领域一个极大的发展。通过考察聚合物浓度、溶剂和添加剂等因素对蜂窝状有序多孔PPSU膜孔径的影响。结果表明:当聚合物浓度从20g/L上升到70g/L时,平均膜孔径由11.5μm减小到4.4μm,呈下降趋势;相比CH2Cl2和CH2Cl2/CHCl3共混溶液,CHCl3是最佳溶剂;丙酮作为添加剂,当丙酮与CHCl3溶剂比由0.1∶20增加到0.5∶20时,膜孔径由8.9μm增加到13.3μm,但膜孔数量会减少。

Abstract

PPSU is known as a membrane material with superior mechanical strength,thermo-stability and chemical resistance.The ordered honeycomb-structured PPSU film was prepared in humid atmosphere by water droplet templating method which was one of the great development in the field of molecular self-assemble.Solvent,polymer concentration and additive were studied,which were found to be important factors in the formation of PPSU film.The results of scanning electron microscope showed that the average pore size of film decreased from 11.5μm to 4.4μm from the polymer concentration of 20g/L to 70g/L.As for solvent,CHCl3 was the optimal solvent when compared with CH2Cl2 and CH2Cl2/CHCl3 blend solvent.Acetone was used as additive indicated that with the ratio of acetone/CHCl3 increasing from 0.1∶20 to 0.5∶20,the pore size of films enlarged from 8.9μm to 13.3μm and the number of pores cut down.
