壳聚糖是自然界唯一的阳离子多糖,具有良好的生物相容性,是一种安全无毒的生物大分子。多酚具有很强的抗氧化能力和自由基清除活性。多酚/壳聚糖复合材料兼具二者的生物活性。综述了多酚/壳聚糖复合材料的制备、特性及应用方面的研究进展。
Chitosan,a unique cationic polysaccharide in the nature,is a biocompatible and non-toxic bio macromolecule.Polyphenol has powerful antioxidant and radicals scavenging activities.The polyphenol/chitosan composites have the biological activities of both polyphenol and chitosan.The research progress on the preparation,properties and applications of polyphenol/chitosan composites were summarized.
