综述了近年来锂离子电池中复合集流体的最新研究及产业进展。简要概括复合集流体的制备过程,包括复合铝箔和复合铜箔的制备。聚焦聚丙烯基复合集流体的最新研究进展,主要从聚丙烯(PP)的表面改性、薄膜制备、以及复合铜箔集流体制备等多个方面进行概述。PP凭借优异的耐酸碱性、化学稳定性以及近年来在机械性能与铜附着力方面的显著提升,已成为实现高性能、低成本复合集流体工业化生产的理想基材,有力推动了新能源产业的发展。
This review summarized recent research and industrial advancements in composite current collectors for lithium-ion batteries.It briefly outlined the preparation processes for composite current collectors,including those for composite aluminum foil and composite copper foil.The review focused on the latest research progress in polypropylene (PP)-based composite current collectors,primarily covering aspects such as surface modification of PP,film fabrication,and the preparation of composite copper foil current collectors.Benefiting from its excellent resistance to acids and base,chemical stability,and significant recent improvements in mechanical properties and adhesion to copper,PP has emerged as an ideal substrate material for the industrial production of high-performance,low-cost composite current collectors,effectively driving the development of the new energy industry.
