摘要

高强高模碳纤维作为新材料领域的尖端代表,正面临前所未有的发展机遇。美国、日本、欧盟和中国等国家和地区纷纷出台政策,支持碳纤维技术的研发与应用,旨在确保供应链安全和推动产业升级。全球碳纤维市场需求持续增长,复合年增长率达到10.05%。中国已成为全球最大生产国和消费国,产能占比达48.6%。新兴应用领域如电动垂直起降飞行器、人形机器人等,为市场带来新的增长点。新一代碳纤维技术正朝着更高强度和更高模量的目标发展。新技术和新工艺正在推动碳纤维制造向低成本、绿色化和智能化方向迈进。在全球产业“东移”的大趋势下,中国碳纤维产业有望在技术突破、产能扩张和应用拓展等方面实现更大发展,为国家战略性新兴产业提供坚实的材料基础。

Abstract

High-strength and high-modulus carbon fibers,as the cutting-edge representatives in the field of new materials,are facing unprecedented development opportunities.Countries and regions such as the United States,Japan,the European Union,and China have successively introduced policies to support the research and development and application of carbon fiber technologies,aiming to ensure supply chain security and promote industrial upgrading.The global carbon fiber market continues to grow,with a compound annual growth rate of 10.05%.China has become the world's largest producer and consumer,accounting for 48.6% of global production capacity.Emerging application fields,such as electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft and humanoid robots,are bringing new growth points to the market.The next generation of carbon fiber technologies is moving towards the goal of higher strength and higher modulus.New technologies and processes are driving the manufacturing of carbon fibers towards lower costs,greener production,and greater intelligence.Against the backdrop of the global industrial “eastward shift”,China's carbon fiber industry is expected to achieve further development in terms of technological breakthroughs,capacity expansion,and application diversification,providing a solid material foundation for the country's strategic emerging industries.
