In order to explore the preparation conditions and properties of Al2O3-SiO2-ZrO2 composite sol,Al2O3,SiO2 and ZrO2 sols were used as raw materials to explore the preparation conditions and sintering system of the composite sol by adjusting the chemical composition,hydrolysis temperature,hydrolysis time and the addition amount of additive PEG200.The results showed the optimal preparation conditions:Al2O3:SiO2:ZrO2(molar ratio)=10:1:1,PEG200 addition of 7%,hydrolysis temperature of 50℃,and hydrolysis time of 60 minutes.The optimal sintering temperature was 1000℃.The results indicated that the specific surface area of BET was 176.10m2/g,the pore volume was 0.66cm3/g,the median pore size was 15.01nm,and the contact angle was 31°.The optimized Al2O3-SiO2-ZrO2 composite film had good thermal stability,excellent specific surface area,pore structure,and hydrophilicity,making it suitable for applications in high-temperature environments.
