以聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL,分子量为1000)、双羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、三乙胺(TEA)为基础原料,三(2-羟乙基)异氰尿酸酯(THEIC)为交联剂,制备了一系列交联改性水性聚氨酯(WPU)。通过红外光谱验证了THEIC引入到水性聚氨酯中,同时进行了乳液稳定性、粒径、固含量以及薄膜的附着力、硬度、拉伸性能等测试,分析探讨了THEIC含量对WPU乳液及薄膜性能的影响。结果表明:当交联剂THIEC添加质量为8%时,WPU乳液固含量达到49.82%,此时薄膜的拉伸强度达到14.27MPa,断裂伸长率为722.88%,同时薄膜的硬度达到3H,附着力为最优0级。
A series of crosslinked modified waterborne polyurethanes(WPU) were prepared using polycarbonate diol (PCDL,molecular weight 1000),dihydroxymethylbutyric acid (DMBA),isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI),triethylamine (TEA) as raw materials and tri (2-hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate (THEIC) as crosslinking agent.Infrared spectroscopy confirmed that THEIC was successfully introduced into waterborne polyurethane.At the same time,the stability,particle size,solid content of the emulsion,the adhesion,hardness and mechanical tensile properties of the film were tested,and the effects of different THEIC content on the properties of WPU emulsion and film were analyzed and discussed.The experimental results showed that when the addition of crosslinking agent THIEC was 8wt%,the solid content of WPU emulsion reached 49.88%,the tensile strength of the film reached 14.27MPa,and the elongation at break was 722.88%.Meanwhile,the hardness of the film reached 3H,and the adhesion was the best grade 0.
