摘要

简要介绍了氨基硅油的功能、应用及现有文献中聚醚改性氨基硅油的制备方法。以聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯和自制含氢氨基硅油为原料,氯铂酸作为催化剂,合成了聚醚改性氨基硅油。通过实验研究了含氢硅油的氢含量及反应物摩尔比对产物乳化性能的影响。利用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对产物的分子结构进行了表征。结果表明:聚醚链段的引入显著改善了氨基硅油的亲水性,克服了传统氨基硅油乳液中乳化剂用量较大及乳液稳定性差等问题,实现了乳液的自乳化。此外,聚醚改性氨基硅油具有优异的热稳定性,其初始分解温度相比自制含氢氨基硅油提高了55.7℃,具有较宽的适用温度范围。

Abstract

In this study,we provided a comprehensive overview of the functionality and applications of amino silicone oil,as well as an in-depth examination of existing literature on the preparation methods for polyether-modified amino silicone oil.The synthesis of polyether-modified amino silicone oil was conducted using polyethylene glycol diacrylate and self-prepared hydrogen-containing amino silicone oil as raw materials,with chloroplatinic acid serving as the catalyst.The impact of hydrogen content and molar ratios of reactants on the emulsifying properties of hydrogen-containing silicone oil was investigated.Characterization of the molecular structure of the synthesized product was performed using infrared spectroscopy and hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.The findings indicated that the introduction of polyether chain segments significantly enhanced the hydrophilicity of amino silicone oil,thereby addressing the issues of high emulsifier dosage and poor emulsion stability commonly associated with traditional amino silicone oil emulsions,and achieving self-emulsification.Additionally,polyether-modified amino silicone oil exhibited superior thermal stability,with an initial decomposition temperature 55.7℃ higher than that of the hydrogen-containing amino silicone oil,and a broader applicable temperature range.
