为简化传统界面聚合工艺,在铸膜液中掺入单体哌嗪,经原位界面聚合方法快速制备具有典型结节结构聚酰胺层的聚砜基复合纳滤膜。当哌嗪的质量分数为6%时,制备的复合纳滤膜性能最佳对Na2SO4的截留率为96.4%,渗透通量为11.5L/(m2·h·bar),这一性能与传统界面聚合方法制备的纳滤膜相当。此外,经过40h的持续测试,该复合纳滤膜展现出优异的长期稳定性。
To simplify the conventional interfacial polymerization process,piperazine monomer was incorporated into the casting solution to rapidly prepare a polysulfone composite nanofiltration membrane with a polyamide layer featuring a typical nodular structure by in-situ interfacial polymerization.The membrane exhibited optimal performance at a piperazine mass fraction of 6%,achieving a Na2SO4 rejection of 96.4% and a permeate flux of 11.5L/(m2·h·bar),which was comparable to that of nanofiltration membranes prepared using conventional interfacial polymerization.Furthermore,during 40 hours of continuous testing,the composite nanofiltration membrane demonstrated excellent long-term stability.
