碳纤维复合材料从生产到退役各个阶段产生了大量废弃物,造成了严重的资源浪费和巨大的环境压力。为推动碳纤维废弃物的回收利用,将回收碳纤维掺入水泥基材料中。首先介绍了碳纤维废弃物的来源及回收方法,而后对国内外回收碳纤维的性能、分散性及回收碳纤维改性水泥基材料的力学性能、抗冲击性能、电学性能、耐久性、高温性能的研究进展进行了综述,并对未来回收碳纤维改性水泥基材料的发展进行了展望。
A lot of waste is generated from the production to decommissioning of carbon fiber composites produce,which results in a serious waste of resources and huge environmental pressure.In order to promote the recycling of carbon fiber waste,recycled carbon fiber is incorporated into cement-based materials.In this paper,the sources and recycling methods of carbon fiber waste were first introduced,and then the research progress of the properties and dispersion of recycled carbon fiber,and the mechanical properties,impact resistance,electrical properties durability and high temperature property of recycled carbon fiber modified cement-based materials at home and abroad were reviewed,and the future development of recycled carbon fiber modified cement-based materials was prospected.
