开发了一种有机-无机杂化丙烯酸聚硅氧烷涂料,该涂料使用丙烯酸聚硅氧烷树脂作为成膜材料。研究了涂层的固化机理和耐腐蚀性,进行盐雾、紫外老化和户外自然曝晒测试。结果表明:这种涂料防腐性能、耐候性能非常出色,而且挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量低,属于环保型室温固化防腐涂料。
Acrylic polysiloxane resin was prepared and used as a film-forming material to develop an organic-inorganic hybrid acrylic polysiloxane coating.The curing mechanism and corrosion resistance were studied,and tests such as salt spray,UV aging,and outdoor natural exposure were conducted.The results indicated that this coating had excellent anticorrosive and weather-resistant properties,with low volatile organic compound (VOC) content,making it an environmentally friendly room temperature curing anticorrosive coating.
