摘要

以4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等为主要原料,以端羟基含氟聚硅氧烷(PDSF)为改性剂,制备了氟硅改性HMDI型水性聚氨酯(WPU),研究了改性剂PDSF用量对HMDI型水性聚氨酯性能的影响。结果表明:随着PDSF用量的增加,WPU乳液外观由半透明泛蓝逐渐变成乳白色,乳液粒径增大,黏度也随之增加;当PDSF用量为7%时,乳液离心及化学稳定性测试不稳定;随着改性剂用量的增加,改性WPU膜的拉伸强度先减小后增大;膜的硬度及剥离强度等级随着改性剂用量的增加而增大,膜的粘附性降低;膜的吸水率先减小后增大,当PDSF用量为5%时,膜的水接触角最大,吸水率最低,耐水性能最优;改性剂PDSF的引入可以明显提高WPU膜的热稳定性。

Abstract

4,4'-Dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate (HMDI),polypropylene glycol (PPG),and dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) were used as the main raw materials,and hydroxyl-terminated fluoro-sil oligomer (PDSF) was used as a modifier to prepare fluorosilicone-modified HMDI-based waterborne polyurethane (WPU).The effect of the amount of modifier PDSF on the properties of HMDI-based waterborne polyurethane was studied.The results showed that:with the increase of PDSF content,the appearance of WPU emulsion gradually changed from translucent bluish color to milky white,the particle size of the emulsion increased,and the viscosity also increased.When the amount of PDSF was 7%,the emulsion was unstable in centrifugal and chemical stability tests.With the increase of the modifier content,the tensile strength of the modified WPU film first decreased and then increased.The hardness and peel strength of the film increased with the increase of the modifier content,while the adhesion of the film decreased.The water absorption rate of the film first decreased and then increased.When the dosage of PDSF was 5%,the film had the largest water contact angle,the lowest water absorption rate,and the best resistance performance.The introduction of the modifier PDSF could significantly improve the thermal stability of WPU film.
