摘要

通过溶液聚合法合成水性聚氨酯(WPU)预聚体,再引入20wt%的甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)对预聚体进行改性,获得单交联型的MMA改性WPU(WPUA)乳液;然后合成一种双双键双酰胺键的交联剂四亚甲基二丙烯酰胺(PABD),将PABD引入到上述单交联型WPUA乳液中获得双交联型WPUA乳液。粒径及外观的观测结果表明,乳液状态稳定。当交联剂PABD的添加量为4wt%时,薄膜的交联度较高,凝胶含量达到了91.14%。并且改性后WPUA薄膜的力学性能优异,拉伸强度最大为13.78MPa,断裂伸长率为261%,硬度最大达4H,附着力均保持在最优等级0级。WPUA薄膜的耐水性也较为优异,吸水率最低仅为7.73%。此外,WPUA薄膜的终止分解温度约为480℃,具有较好的耐热稳定性。

Abstract

A waterborne polyurethane (WPU) prepolymer was synthesized by solution polymerization.By introducing 20wt% of methyl methacrylate (MMA) to modify the prepolymer,a single cross-linked MMA-modified WPU (WPUA) emulsion was obtained.Subsequently,a crosslinking agent PABD containing double bonds and double amide bonds was synthesized and incorporated into the aforementioned single cross-linked WPUA to obtain a double cross-linked WPUA emulsion.The observation results of particle size and appearance indicated that the emulsion was stable.When the addition of crosslinking agent PABD was 4wt%,the film exhibited higher crosslinking density,with a gel content reaching 91.14%.Moreover,the modified WPUA film demonstrated excellent mechanical properties,with a maximum tensile strength of 13.78MPa,elongation at break of 261%,maximum hardness of 4H,and adhesion maintained at the optimal level of grade 0.The water resistance of the WPUA film was also excellent,with a minimal water absorption rate of only 7.73%.Additionally,the film's final decomposition temperature was approximately 480℃,demonstrating good thermal stability.
