摘要

研究了燃气轮机用HY-201聚酰亚胺复合材料在不同温度条件下的热老化性能,为工程应用提供数据支撑。通过显微镜、电子万能试验机、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪等表征方法,揭示了HY-201聚酰亚胺复合材料的形貌、力学性能、化学结构等性能的变化。采用热重分析仪进行热稳定性测试。结果表明:HY-201聚酰亚胺复合材料具有较优异的耐老化性能和耐热稳定性;HY-201聚酰亚胺复合材料在100℃和120℃的热老化条件下可以长期使用。

Abstract

This work studied the thermal aging performance of HY-201 polyimide composite material for gas turbines under different temperature conditions to provide data support for engineering applications.The changes in morphology,mechanics,chemical structure,and other properties of HY-201 polyimide composite material were revealed through various characterization methods such as microscopes,universal testing machines,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The thermal stability of the sample was tested using a thermogravimetric analyzer.It was found that HY-201 polyimide composite material had excellent aging resistance and heat stability.According to the mechanical performance test results,HY-201 polyimide composite material could be used for a long time under thermal aging conditions of 100℃ and 120℃.
