通过改变助挤剂种类和含量,采用机械拉伸的方法制备了聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)拉伸膜,研究了助挤剂黏度、表面张力以及含量对挤出压力稳定性、拉伸膜的微观结构以及性能的影响。结果表明:助挤剂的黏度和表面张力越大,挤出压力越大、原纤化越多、拉伸膜的强度越高;助挤剂含量越高,挤出压力越小、原纤化越少、拉伸膜的强度越低,适当调整助挤剂的种类和含量,可以得到具有不同微观结构和性能的PTFE拉伸膜。
PTFE stretched membrane was prepared using mechanical stretching method by changing the type and content of the extrusion agent.The influence of viscosity,surface tension and content of the extrusion agent on the stability of extrusion pressure,microstructure and properties of the stretched membrane was studied.The results showed that the higher the viscosity and surface tension of the extrusion agent,the greater the extrusion pressure,the more the fibrillation,and the higher the strength of the membrane.The higher the content of the extrusion agent,the lower the extrusion pressure,the less the fibrillation,and the lower the strength of the membrane.By appropriately adjusting the type and content of extrusion agent,the PTFE stretched membrane with different microstructures and properties could be obtained.
