以双酚S、2,2-二(3-氨基-4-羟苯基)-六氟丙烷、4,4-二羟基二苯砜为原料,通过Williamson法制备一种含氨基的聚醚砜共聚物,通过与异氰酸酯-磺丙基甜菜碱反应得到两性离子聚合物;将其与聚醚砜(PES)共混溶解,经非溶剂致相分离法制膜。得到的共混膜渗透性提升1.18倍,蛋白截留率保持95%以上,具备良好的抗污性和力学性能。
An amino-containing polyethersulfone copolymer was prepared by Williamson method using bisphenol S,2,2-bis(3-amino-4-hydroxyphenyl)-hexafluoropropane and 4,4-dihydroxydiphenyl sulfone as raw materials.The copolymer was further reacted with isocyanate-sulfopropyl betaine to obtain zwitterionic polymer.The zwitterionic polymer was blended and dissolved with polyethersulfone (PES) to form membranes by non-solvent phase separation method.The permeability of the resulting membrane was increased by 1.18 times,and the retention to BSA exceeded 95%,demonstrating excellent anti-fouling properties and mechanical properties.
