以自制树脂为粘结剂、片状锌铝粉为主要原料制备水性无铬锌铝涂层,在锌铝粉与树脂质量比为1∶1的前提下,研究不同铝粉含量对钢板上防腐性能的影响。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、电化学工作站、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等表征手段,对涂层的微观结构、形貌、腐蚀电流密度、阻抗谱和腐蚀前后成分分析结果进行了对比。结果表明:当铝粉质量含量为5%时,制备的涂层综合性能较好。
Waterborne chromium-free zinc-aluminum coating was prepared by using self-made resin as binder and flake zinc-aluminum powder as main raw material.Under the premise of mass ratio of zinc-aluminum powder to resin of 1∶1,the effect of different aluminum powder contents on the corrosion resistance of steel plate was studied.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),electrochemical workstation,X-ray diffraction (XRD) and other characterization methods were used to compare the microstructure,morphology,corrosion current density,impedance spectroscopy and composition analysis results before and after corrosion of the coatings.The results showed that when the mass content of aluminum powder was 5%,the prepared coating exhibited better comprehensive performance.
