提出了一种与乙烯基酯共固化氢化羧基丁腈橡胶复合材料的研制与性能表征,制备了一种抗腐蚀性能优异的乙烯基酯树脂基复合材料,采用分子动力学Materials Studio预测了氢化羧基丁腈橡胶与乙烯基酯树脂是否发生共固化反应。根据乙烯基酯树脂固化特点,研发出一种在150℃下与乙烯基酯共固化的粘弹性阻尼材料,通过层间剪切试验分析粘弹性材料厚度对乙烯基酯树脂基复合材料阻尼性能与层间剪切力的相关性,并结合X射线光电子能谱分析与傅里叶红外光谱分析得到了乙烯基酯树脂基复合材料的界面结合机理。
The preparation and characterization of a co-cured hydrogenated carboxyl nitrile butadiene rubber composite with vinyl ester were presented.A vinyl ester resin-based embedded co-cured damping composite structure (ECCDS) with excellent corrosion resistance was prepared.Molecular dynamics Materials Studio was used to predict weather the co-curing reaction between hydrogenated carboxyl nitrile butadiene rubber and vinyl ester resin occurred.According to the curing characteristics of vinyl ester resin,a viscoelastic damping material co-cured with vinyl ester resin at 150℃ was developed.Interlayer shear test was used to analyze the correlation of viscoelastic material thickness on damping properties of vinyl ester resin-based ECCDS and interlayer shear force.The interfacial binding mechanism of vinyl ester resin-based ECCDS was obtained by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Fourier infrared spectroscopy.
