摘要

N-异丙基丙烯酰胺为主单体,加入第二单体顺丁烯二酸,采用前端聚合法制备了温度-pH双敏感聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-顺丁烯二酸)水凝胶,研究了单体用量、引发剂种类、溶剂种类对前端聚合过程和产物性能的影响。结果表明:前端聚合法在20min即可制得产物,比传统溶液聚合节省了大量时间;随着顺丁烯二酸含量的增加,前端聚合最高温度和前端移动速度有所降低;顺丁烯二酸单体的加入赋予了水凝胶pH敏感性,随着其含量增加,产物吸水能力增强、相转变温度和玻璃化转变温度升高、热稳定性有所降低,实现了凝胶性能的调控。

Abstract

The thermo-pH dual-sensitive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-maleic acid) hydrogel was prepared by frontal polymerization with N-isopropylacrylamide as the main monomer and maleic acid as the second monomer.The effects of monomer dosage,initiator type,and solvent type on the polymerization process and product properties were studied.The results showed that the product could be prepared in 20 minutes by frontal polymerization,which saved a lot of time compared with traditional solution polymerization.As the amount of maleic acid increased,the maximum temperature and movement speed of the frontal polymerization decreased.The addition of maleic acid monomer made the copolymer hydrogels with pH sensitivity.With the increase of maleic acid content,the water absorption capacity,phase transition temperature and glass transition temperature of the hydrogel increased,but its thermal stability decreased,which realized the modulation of hydrogel performance.
