为研究硅烷改性聚醚(MS)密封胶的耐紫外老化方法,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱分析了MS树脂的紫外老化机理,并借助紫外老化前后的力学性能变化评价了2种光稳定剂和4种无机颜料对MS密封胶的耐紫外老化效果。在此基础上,探讨了氧化锌包覆碳酸钙(CaCO3@ZnO)对MS密封胶的耐紫外老化效果。结果表明,聚醚链段断裂是MS树脂紫外老化的主要原因,CaCO3@ZnO具有优异的耐紫外老化性能,可替代氧化锌或钛白粉。
In order to study the UV aging resistance of silane-modified polyether (MS) sealant,this paper analyzed the UV aging mechanism of MS resin by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy,and evaluated the UV aging resistance effects of two light stabilizers and four inorganic pigments on MS sealants with the help of the mechanical property changes before and after UV aging.On this basis,the UV aging resistance effect of zinc oxide-coated calcium carbonate (CaCO3@ZnO) on MS sealants was studied.The results showed that the main cause of UV aging of MS resin was polyether segment fracture.CaCO3@ZnO had excellent UV aging resistance and could effectively replace zinc oxide or titanium dioxide.
