摘要
以硅烷KH560、甲基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂、气相二氧化硅和氢氧化钾为主要原料合成水性无机耐高温树脂,为提高涂料的耐热性,选择铜铬黑、磷酸锌、碳酸镁作为主要颜填料,并选用抗开裂粉料、消泡剂、分散剂等提高涂层外观及涂料的施工性能等。结果表明,该涂料有机挥发物低于100mg/L,涂层能在200℃固化成膜,700℃煅烧2h仍具有良好的防腐性能,且附着力好、耐盐雾性能良好。
Abstract
Waterborne inorganic high-temperature resistant resin was synthesized with silane KH560,methyltrimethoxysilane coupling agent,fumed silica and potassium hydroxide as the main raw materials.In order to improve the heat resistance of the coating,copper chrome black,zinc phosphate and magnesium carbonate were selected as the main pigments and fillers,and anti-cracking powder,defoamer and dispersant were used to enhance the appearance of the coating and the construction performance of the coating.The test results showed that the organic volatile compound of the coating was less than 100mg/L.The coating could be cured at 200℃ and still maintain good corrosion resistance after being calcined at 700℃ for 2h.It also exhibited good adhesion and good salt spray resistance.
