将柔性或刚性分子链中含缺电子或富电子基团的二胺,与多聚甲醛通过缩聚反应制备了含动态共价键的热固性聚合物。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)和紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)对聚合物的结构和性能进行研究。结果表明:结构单元为刚性分子链且含供电子基团的二胺具有更好的可聚合性。该聚合物表现出良好的热稳定性、力学性、自愈合性、耐溶剂性及可降解性。此外,该聚合物对有机染料甲基橙和罗丹明B均具有良好的吸附性,吸附率可达80%以上。
Thermosetting polymers containing dynamic covalent bonds were prepared by condensation reactions of diamines containing electron-deficient or rich groups in flexible or rigid molecular chains and paraformaldehyde.The structures and properties of polymers were investigated by Fourier infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy (1H-NMR),and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry (UV-Vis).The results showed that diamines with rigid molecular chains and containing electron-donating groups in the structural units had better polymerizability.The polymers exhibited good thermal stabilities,mechanical properties,self-healing properties,degradabilities and solvent resistance.Additionally,the polymer exhibited good adsorption for organic dyes methyl orange and rhodamine B,with an adsorption rate more than 80%.
