摘要

黄磷炉渣大量堆积不仅会造成资源浪费,还会污染环境,针对黄磷炉渣能够得到合理利用,研究了以黄磷炉渣为主要原料,经过硝酸酸浸制备SiO2这一工艺流程。因SiO2生物相容性好、化学稳定性高、表面易于功能化等优点,可以作为制备荧光材料的基体材料。稀土金属Ce3+直接掺杂到SiO2上很难实现,所以SiO2的表面改性是稀土金属掺杂SiO2基制备荧光材料的一项关键因素,C16醇原料便宜,操作简单,并且改性效果明显,能够显著提高SiO2基的接枝率,因此采用C16醇对SiO2进行表面改性。为了探究优化的实验条件,考察C16醇投入量、改性时间、溶剂体积、改性温度和洗水用量对材料荧光强度的影响。结果表明:0.2g C16醇与30mL乙醇溶剂在175℃温度下反应2h,洗水用量为70mL为优化改性条件。

Abstract

A large amount of yellow phosphorus slag not only causes waste of resources,but also pollutes the environment.Aiming at the reasonable utilization of yellow phosphorus slag,this paper studied the process of preparing SiO2 by nitric acid leaching with yellow phosphorus slag as the main raw material.Due to its advantages of good biocompatibility,high chemical stability and easy functionalization of the surface,SiO2 can be used as a substrate for preparing fluorescent materials.It is difficult to achieve the direct doping of rare earth metal Ce3+ into SiO2,so the surface modification of SiO2 is a key factor for the preparation of fluorescent materials by doping rare earth metal into SiO2 matrix.C16 alcohol is a cheap raw material,simple to operate,and has obvious modification effect,which can significantly improve the grafting rate of SiO2.In this paper,C16 alcohol was used to modify the surface of SiO2.In order to explore the optimal experimental conditions,the effects of the amount of C16 alcohol,modification time,solvent volume,modification temperature and the amount of washing water on the fluorescence intensity of the material were investigated.The study showed that the optimal modification conditions were achieved when 0.2g of C16 alcohol reacted with 30ml ethanol solvent for 2h at 175℃,and the amount of washing water was 70mL.
