Dual-core microcapsules with polyurea formaldehyde (PUF) as the wall material,and linseed oil (LO) and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([BMIM]PF6) as the core materials were prepared by in-situ polymerization method.The formation process of the microcapsules was observed by optical microscopy.The effects of emulsifier type,emulsifier content,stirring speed,and core-to-wall ratio on the microcapsule morphology and encapsulation rate were investigated,and the optimal process parameters for synthesizing microcapsules were determined.The results showed that when polyvinyl alcohol was used as the emulsifier,the dosage was 5wt.% of the core content,the stirring speed was 600rpm,and the core-to-wall ratio was 1∶1,the prepared dual-core microcapsules were spherical in appearance,with no defects and pores on the surface,uniform particle size distribution,average particle size of 20.29μm,wall thickness of 950 nm and coverage rate of 75.61%.
