Due to the occurrence of debris on the surface of composite materials prepared by nano-SiO2 and glass fiber,silica sol was added to the materials to prepare a new SiO2 aerogel/silica sol composite material.The effect of SiO2 aerogel content on the thermal properties and microstructure of the SiO2 aerogel/silica sol composite material was studied.The results showed that with the increase of SiO2 aerogel content,the thermal conductivity of the composite did not decrease but showed an increasing trend,which was closely related to the density and solid thermal conductivity of the composite.The addition of SiO2 aerogel made the composite produce silicon-oxygen bonds,but did not affect its physical structure.Due to the existence of silicon-oxygen bonds,the physical properties of the material were improved.The performance of this material was the best when the addition of SiO2 aerogel was 9%.
