Antibacterial composite membrane is an important medical material for skin injury restoration and infection prevention.Polymerization.PLGA-g-PVP (poly(lactic acid)-hydroxyacetic acid copolymer grafted with poly(vinylpyrrolidone)) chains were formed 60Co-γ-irradiation grafting polymerization of N-vinylpyrrolidone (NVP) monomer grafted onto PLGA.Polyiodide was fixed on the surface of PLGA through the coordination reaction of iodine and PVP to obtain PLGA-g-PVP/In- composite.The modified composite was dissolved in methylene chloride and DMF solution,and a porous antibacterial fiber membrane was prepared using electrospinning technology.The microstructure and composition of PLGA-g-PVP/I-n membrane were analyzed by GPC,ICP-MS,FT-IR,Raman,BET and SEM method.The antibacterial activity of PLGA-g-PVP/I-n membrane was evaluated by Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.The results showed that the composite had good antibacterial activity at the concentration of 2.1×104CFU/mL and 4×104CFU/mL,and had good biocompatibility with L929 cells,with a cytotoxicity rating of 0,making it a potential medical material for skin injury restoration and infection prevention.
