摘要

采用共沉淀法合成锌铝硝酸根型水滑石(ZnAl-NO3-LDH),通过阴离子交换法将乙二胺四甲叉膦酸四钠(EDTMPS4Na)插层到ZnAl-NO3-LDH中得到乙二胺四甲叉膦酸根插层水滑石(EDTMPS-LDH),使用硅烷偶联剂KH570对其进行表面改性得到类水滑石(LDHs)。将LDHs与线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)共混,通过挤出吹塑得到LDHs/LLDPE复合薄膜。采用多通道温度测量仪进行保温实验,测试LDHs/LLDPE复合薄膜的保温性能。结果表明:EDTMPS4Na插入ZnAl-NO3-LDH层间,拓宽了ZnAl-NO3-LDH的红外吸收范围,从7~25μm波段无明显红外吸收扩展到9~11μm波段具有明显选择性红外吸收;与ZnAl-NO3-LDH相比,EDTMPS-LDH提高了ZnAl-NO3-LDH的稳定性,添加LDHs比未添加LDHs的LLDPE复合薄膜白天棚内温度下降4%~15%,夜晚温度提高4%~17%,改善了LLDPE薄膜的保温性能。

Abstract

Zinc-aluminium nitrate layered double hydrotalcite(ZnAl-NO3-LDH) was prepared by coprecipitation method,and ethylenediamine tetramethylphosphonate four sodium (EDTMPS4Na) was intercalated into ZnAl-NO3-LDH by anion exchange method to obtain ethylenediamine tetramethylphosphonate intercalated layered double hydrotalcite (EDTMPS-LDH).The surface modification of EDTMPS-LDH was carried out by silane coupling agent KH570 to obtain hydrotalcites (LDHs).LDHs were blended with linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE),and LDHs/LLDPE composite films were obtained by extrusion blow moulding.Thermal insulation experiments were carried out using a multi-channel temperature measuring instrument to test the thermal insulation performance of the LDHs/LLDPE films.The experimental results showed that the insertion of EDTMPS4Na into the interlayer of ZnAl-NO3-LDH broadened the infrared absorption range of ZnAl-NO3-LDH,expanding it from no obvious infrared absorption at 7~25μm mave band to obvious selective infrared absorption at 9~11μm mave band.Compared with ZnAl-NO3-LDH,the thermal stability of EDTMPS-LDH was improved.Moreover,the addition of LDHs improved the thermal insulation performance of LLDPE films by decreasing the temperature in the shed by 4% to 15% during the day and increasing the temperature by about 4% to 17% at night compared with LLDPE composite films without LDHs.
