摘要

以PVA为主要原料,纳米TiO2和改性MMT为填料,采用溶液流延法制备具有免揭特性的防水卷材隔离包装膜。考察复合薄膜的性能以及对防水效果的影响,以最优配方制备包装隔离膜并采用剥离强度为指标来检测复合薄膜作为防水卷材隔离膜的应用效果。并通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热重(TG)、力学测试等手段对复合薄膜的结构、形貌、热稳定性、力学性能进行表征。结果表明:加入改性蒙脱土和纳米TiO2制备的复合薄膜具有良好的热稳定性和力学性能,作为防水卷材隔离包装膜的效果良好,剥离强度可达到2.18N/mm,且该复合薄膜具有环保性、可简化施工流程、无需回收处理。

Abstract

Using PVA as the main raw material,nano TiO2 and modified MMT as fillers,the isolation packaging film for waterproof roll with non-peeling properties was prepared by solution casting method.The performance of composite film and its impact on waterproofing were investigated.The optimal formula was used to prepare the packaging isolation film and the peeling strength was employed as an index to test the application effect of the composite film as an isolation film for waterproof roll.The structure,morphology,thermal stability and mechanical properties of the composite film were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM,TG and mechanical testing.The results showed that the composite film prepared by adding modified montmorillonite and nano TiO2 had good thermal stability and mechanical properties,and could be used as an isolated packaging film for waterproof rolls,demonstrating effective performance with a stripping strength of up to 2.18N/mm.Additionally,the composite film was environmentally friendly,could simplify the construction process,and didn’t not need recycling treatment.
