摘要

以双酚A型二醚二酸酐(BPADA)为反应起始原料,与烯丙基胺反应合成含酰亚胺环化合物BPADA-AA,然后将BPADA-AA与三乙氧基硅烷通过硅氢加成反应制备新型含酰亚胺环硅烷偶联剂BPADA-AA-TES,并对其结构进行了红外光谱、核磁谱图表征,也证明了新型硅烷偶联剂结构的正确性。之后对BPADA-AA-TES做了热重(TG)和差示量热(DSC)谱图的热性能分析,测试出玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为155℃,分解温度(Td10)为431℃,具有较好的耐热性能。

Abstract

Bisphenol A diether dianhydride (BPADA) was used as the starting material to react with allylamine to synthesize the imide ring-containing compound BPADA-AA,and then BPADA-AA was reacted with triethoxysilane by silico addition reaction to prepare a new imide ring-containing silane coupling agent BPADA-AA-TES.The structure of the new silane coupling agent was characterized by infrared and nuclear magnetic spectrum,and the structure of the new silane coupling agent was proved correct.After that,the thermal performance of BPADA-AA-TES was analyzed by TGA and DSC spectra,and the glass transition temperature (Tg) was 155℃,and the decomposition temperature (Td10) was 431℃,indicating good heat resistance.
