以葡萄糖水热炭化为碳源,木质素磺酸钠为原料,制备了木质素基吸附剂。采用扫描电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱、热重分析等手段对样品进行了分析和测定。采用木质素基吸附剂对重金属离子进行了吸附研究,讨论了多个因素对吸附的影响。研究了相应的吸附机理,如拟一级动力学、拟二级动力学、Langmuir吸附等温线、Freundlich吸附等温线。通过吸附研究,木质素基吸附剂对铅离子吸附容量为286mg/g,同时吸附过程遵循拟二级动力学和Freundlich吸附等温线模型。
Lignin-based adsorbent was prepared using hydrothermal carbonization of glucose as carbon source and sodium lignosulfonate as raw material.The samples were characterized and tested by scanning electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetry.The adsorption of heavy metal ions by lignin-based adsorbent was studied,and the influence of several factors on the adsorption was discussed.The corresponding adsorption mechanisms were studied,such as pseudo first order kinetics,pseudo second order kinetics,Langmuir adsorption isotherm,and Freundlich adsorption isotherm.The adsorption capacity of lignin-based adsorbent for lead ions was 286mg/g,and the adsorption process followed the models of pseudo-second-order kinetics and Langmuir adsorption isotherm.
