Two-dimensional MOF-5/PVDF composite membranes were prepared by a non-solvent-induced phase separation method, and then used to adsorb heavy metal ions Cu2+.The morphology, structure and crystal form of MOF-5 were analyzed, the preparation process parameters of MOF-5/PVDF composite membrane were optimized, and the reusability of the optimal performance composite membrane was explored. The results showed that the prepared two-dimensional MOF-5 was uniform in size and obvious flake shape. When the MOF-5 content was 8% and 10%,the composite membrane exhibited good Cu2+ removal ability. After seven cycle tests, the composite membrane still maintained good adsorption performance, showing good reusability.Through research,a two-dimensional MOF-5/PVDF composite membrane with good adsorption performance for copper ions was successfully prepared, and the membrane was reusable.
