摘要
采用湿法混合、冷压烧结工艺制备了氮化硼纳米片(BNNSs)改性聚四氟乙烯复合基板,研究了羟基化处理、硅烷偶联剂(KH-792)、氟碳表面活化剂(FC-4430)及可溶性聚四氟乙烯(PFA)处理对BNNSs分散性及复合基板力学性能、介电性能的影响。结果表明:采用FC-4430和PFA对羟基化BNNSs进行功能化处理可以得到性能较优异的复合基板,BNNSs质量分数为8%时,BNNSs改性聚四氟乙烯复合基板的介电常数为2.44,介电损耗为0.00137。
Abstract
The boron nitride nanosheet (BNNSs) modified polytetrafluoroethylene composite substrate was prepared by wet mixing and cold pressing sintering process.The effects of hydroxylation treatment,silane coupling agent (KH-792),fluorocarbon surface activator (FC-4430) and soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) treatment on the dispersion of BNNSs and the mechanical properties and dielectric properties of the composite substrates were studied.The results showed that the functional treatment of hydroxylated BNNSs with FC-4430 and PFA could obtain excellent composite substrates.When the mass fraction of BNNSs was 8%,the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of BNNSs modified polytetrafluoroethylene composite substrates were 2.44 and 0.00137,respectively.
