摘要
以QZ6026和QZ5526级国产聚丙烯腈(PAN)基高强型碳纤维为研究对象,采用万能材料试验机作为表征手段,考察了加强片、加强树脂种类、夹具类型和加强树脂固化温度对碳纤维拉伸性能和离散性的影响。结果表明:加强片、加强树脂种类、夹具类型和加强树脂固化温度均对高强型碳纤维的拉伸性能有显著影响。采用砂纸作为加强片测得的碳纤维拉伸强度较高,采用504树脂作为加强树脂的样条拉伸强度高于E44树脂,且纤维强度愈高,稳定性越好;采用气动夹具夹持,测得的碳纤维拉伸强度高,拉伸强度离散系数小;固化温度过高或过低均会导致碳纤维拉伸强度下降。
Abstract
In this paper,two kinds of domestic polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-based high strength carbon fibers QZ6026 and QZ5526 were studied by using universal material testing machine as characterization tool.The effects of reinforced sheet,type of reinforced resin,type of fixture and curing process of reinforced resin on the tensile property and dispersion of carbon fibers were investigated.The results showed that the above four factors had significant effects on the tensile properties of high-strength carbon fibers.The tensile strength measured by using sandpaper as reinforcement sheet was higher,and the tensile strength by using 504 resin as reinforcement resin was higher than that of E44 resin.Meanwhile,the higher the fiber strength,the better the stability.On the other hand,under the clamping of pneumatic fixture,the fiber tensile strength measured was high and dispersion coefficient was small.The tensile strength of carbon fiber decreased when temperature was too high or too low.
