Electrical property is the key to the comprehensive properties of composite conductive materials, and electrical property is directly related to the functional development and application of composite materials. In view of the complexity of the electrical performance analysis of graphene/polyurethane composites, the method of representative volume element is adopted. It's also called the RVE method. The conductivity of composite materials was simulated by establishing an analysis model based on Digimat software platform. Moreover, the simulation results were compared with the experimental results.Graphene/polyurethane composite conductive materials were prepared. On the basis of analyzing the meso-structure characteristics of composite materials, ordinary platelet model and the interface platelet model of representative volume element of composite materials were established by using the Digitat-FE module of e-Xstream simulation software. On this basis, the variation law of the volume resistivity of the composites with different filler additions was simulated. The effects of inclusions length-diameter ratio and interfacial parameters on the resistivity of composites were also investigated, and the simulation data was compared with the experimental results. The results show that, the resistivity of the composite decreases with the increase of the mass fraction of graphene, and the linearity is good, which is consistent with the change trend and rate of the test data of the test sample.Compared with the model which only uses the ordinary disk as the inclusion, the simulation results using the disk with interface are closer to the experimental values. This shows the validity of the RVE model with interface disc, which can simulate and predict the conductivity of graphene composites.
