摘要

采用反相细乳液法制备了两亲型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯改性的纳米氧化锌(PUA-ZnO),将活性碳碳双键引入ZnO表面。在此基础上以PUA-ZnO、环氧丙烯酸酯、三乙烯四胺和烯丙基二甘醇二碳酸酯为反应体系,通过反应诱导相分离法制备了抗紫外型环氧丙烯酸酯微球光扩散母液,并进一步与透明UV树脂复配制成光扩散膜,探究了不同PUA-ZnO用量下光扩散母液对膜材光学性能的影响,并对光扩散膜抗紫外性能进行了分析。结果表明:PUA-ZnO用量为0.06g时制备的光扩散母液性能最佳,对应的光扩散膜能同时具有较高的透过率(80.4%)及雾度(88.5%)和良好的抗紫外效果,经紫外加速老化试验测试,相应膜材到达明显变色等级的时间延长了约72h,具有应用潜力。

Abstract

Nano-zinc oxide modified by amphiphilic urethane acrylate (PUA-ZnO) was prepared by inverse miniemulsion method to introduce active carbon-carbon double bonds onto the surface of ZnO.On this basis,using PUA-ZnO,epoxy acrylate,triethylene tetraamine and allyl diethylene glycol dicarbonate as the reaction system,the UV-resistant epoxy acrylate microspheres light diffusion liquor was prepared by reaction-induced phase separation method.The light diffusion liquor was further compounded with transparent UV resin to form light diffusion films.The effects of the light diffusion liquor on the optical properties of the films under different dosages of PUA-ZnO were studied,and the UV resistance of the light diffusion films was analyzed.The results showed that the light diffusion liquor prepared with 0.06g of PUA-ZnO had the best performance,and the corresponding light diffusion film could simultaneously have high effective transmittance (80.4%) and haze (88.5%) and good anti-ultraviolet performance.By UV accelerated aging test,the time for the corresponding film to reach the obvious discoloration level was extended by about 72h,which had some application potential.
