摘要
近些年,随着国内碳纤维复合材料模具需求的不断增长,国产工装预浸料的研发和应用备受关注。使用国产GE15环氧树脂基工装预浸料,进行环氧成型模的结构和铺层设计,并对生产工艺过程进行研究,成功完成了一套复合材料模具的试制。针对完成的环氧成型模进行气密性和型面精度实验,发现气密性满足模具30min内绝对真空变化值≤17kPa的要求;以母模实测模型为基准,环氧成型模的常温型面扫描数据范围最大为-0.2~0.214mm,相对精度较高,可以满足使用要求。
Abstract
In recent years,with the increasing demand for carbon fiber composite moulds in China,the research and application of domestic tooling prepreg have attracted much attention.The structure design and lay-up design of epoxy forming mould were carried out by using domestic GE15 epoxy resin tooling prepreg.Subsequently,the production process was studied and a set of composite mould was successfully completed.The air tightness test and profile accuracy test of the completed epoxy mould were carried out,and it was found that its air tightness met the requirement of absolute vacuum change value less than 17kPa within 30min.Based on the measured model of the master mould,the maximum profile scanning data range of the epoxy forming moulding mould was -0.2 to 0.214mm at room temperature,which had high relative accuracy and could meet the application requirements.
