摘要

以偏钛酸、硝酸银、氯化钠为原料,在60℃水浴条件下,通过简便的化学沉淀法,以粉体H2TiO3为基底,在其表面合成并负载AgCl微粒,得到AgCl-H2TiO3抗菌剂。对抗菌剂性能研究发现,载银质量为1.5%的AgCl-H2TiO3的抗菌性能优异,对于大肠杆菌的杀菌率达100%,Ag+溶出浓度小于0.05mg/L,可在确保高效抗菌的同时满足国家生活饮用水卫生标准;分析可知,用作基底的H2TiO3对于Ag+的吸附容量约为40.2mg/g,且对于Ag+存在吸附及解吸附的动态平衡,这可能是保证AgCl-H2TiO3在抗菌过程中Ag+溶出不超标的原因。该研究可为家用净水器滤芯提供具有安全高效抗菌功能的抗菌材料。

Abstract

Using metatitanic acid,silver nitrate and sodium chloride as raw materials,AgCl particles were synthesized and loaded on the surface of H2TiO3 powder under the condition of 60℃ water bath by simple chemical precipitation method to obtain AgCl-H2TiO3 antibacterial agent.It was found that AgCl-H2TiO3 containing 1.5% silver had excellent antibacterial performance,with 100% bactericidal rate against Escherichia coli and the concentration of Ag+ dissolved less than 0.05mg/L,ensuring high antibacterial performance and meeting the national sanitary standards for drinking water.It was found that the adsorption capacity of metatiotitanic acid for silver ions was about 40.2mg/g,and there was a dynamic equilibrium of adsorption and desorption for silver ions,which might be the reason to ensure that the dissolution of silver ions did not exceed the standard in the antibacterial process of AgCl-H2TiO3.This study could provide safe and effective antibacterial materials for the filter element of household water purifier.
