采用1-巯基甘油(MTG)和2-(全氟己基)乙基甲基丙烯酸酯(PFOL)之间的硫醇-烯点击反应自制含氟二元醇(PFOH);采用烯丙基羟乙基醚(AYEL)和三甲氧基硅烷(TMS)间的硅氢加成反应自制单端含C-OH的硅氧烷(TMSO);将所得产物引入到聚氨酯体系中,得到一系列硅氧烷封端的水性含氟聚氨酯(WFSiPU)。结合FT-IR和 1H-NMR对产物的结构进行表征,通过紫外可见近红外分光光度计、光学接触角测量仪和热重分析仪等表征仪器探究PFOH和TMSO对水性聚氨酯各项性能的影响。结果表明,随着水性聚氨酯体系中PFOH和TMSO的引入,乳液粒径逐渐增大,分布变宽,涂膜的热稳定性、力学性能、疏水性、耐水性等性能均得到了明显改善。当PFOH添加量为8%,TMSO添加量为50%时,涂膜整体综合性能最佳。
Fluorinated dihydric alcohols (PFOH) were prepared by mercapto-ene click reaction between 1-mercaptoglycerol (MTG) and 2-(perfluorohexyl) ethyl methacrylate (PFOL).Siloxane (TMSO) containing C-OH was produced by hydrosilylation reaction between allyl hydroxyethyl ether (AYEL) and trimethoxysilane (TMS).A series of siloxane-terminated waterborne fluorinated polyurethanes (WFSiPU) were obtained by introducing the products into polyurethane system.The structures of these products were characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR,and the effects of PFOH and TMSO on the properties of waterborne polyurethanes were investigated by UV-visible near-infrared spectrophotometer,optical contact angle measuring instrument and thermogravimetric analyzer.The results showed that,with the introduction of PFOH and TMSO in the waterborne polyurethane system,the particle size of the emulsion gradually increased,the distribution became wider,and the thermal stability,mechanical properties,hydrophobicity,water resistance and other properties of the film were obviously improved.When the addition amount of PFOH was 8% and TMSO was 50%,the overall performance of the film was the best.
