摘要

使用3种不同的上浆剂对碳纤维进行处理,用得到的碳纤维样品制备预浸料,评价了不同上浆剂处理后碳纤维的表面自由能以及丝束的展纱性能,将得到的预浸料制备成标准样件测定了力学性能。结果表明:3种上浆剂处理后碳纤维的表面性能有轻微差别,复合材料的层间剪切强度的差别也不明显。丝束的展纱性越好,复合材料的拉伸强度越高。上浆剂对层压板拉伸强度的影响程度约7.3%。

Abstract

Epoxy prepregs were prepared with carbon fiber sized by three different kinds of sizing agents.Surface free energy and fiber spreading property of carbon fiber were characterized.Mechanical properties of carbon fiber laminates were measured.The results showed that surface properties of carbon fibers with different sizing agents were slightly different.Interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) of laminates were at same level.There was a positive relevance between stretch strength of laminate and fiber spreading property.Th influence of sizing agent on the stretch strength of the laminate was about 7.3%.
