摘要

自动铺丝技术是碳纤维复合材料自动化专业领域的新兴制造技术,与传统手工铺叠制造工艺相比,自动铺丝会产生丝束间隙和丝束切断形成的三角区问题,影响复合材料层压板的厚度。手工铺叠复合材料层压板采用幅宽1000.00mm、牌号为ZT7H/QY9611的预浸料,自动铺丝技术采用幅宽6.35mm、牌号相同的预浸料。通过对比实验,发现自动铺丝复合材料层压板单层厚度小于手工铺叠单层厚度,自动铺丝和手工铺叠的单层厚度均小于理论厚度0.1380mm,2种工艺制备的复合材料层压板单层厚度在0.1358~0.1365mm之间。自动铺丝技术的丝束是通过切割刀片闸断,纤维角度为±45°时,在小铺层上复合材料蒙皮壁板类零件的轮廓边缘区域,由丝束闸断形成的三角区其铺层轮廓线±4.5mm内是厚度渐变区域,不应设计装配连接区域,工艺检验时须适当放宽三角区厚度控制精度要求和成型质量要求。

Abstract

Automatic fiber placement technology is a new manufacturing technology in the field of carbon fiber composite automation.Compared with the traditional manual stacking manufacturing process,it produces tow gap and triangle formed by tow cut off,which affects the cured thickness of composite laminate.ZT7H/QY9611 prepreg with 1000mm width was used for manual composite laminate,while ZT7H/QY9611 prepreg tow with 6.35mm width was used for automatic fiber placement technology.Through comparative experiments,the single layer thickness of fiber placement was lower than that of manual fiber placement.The single layer thickness of fiber placement and manual fiber placement was less than the theoretical thickness of 0.1380mm,and the single layer thickness by two processes was between 0.1358mm and 0.1365mm.The tow of automatic fiber placement technology was cut by cutting blade.When the angle of fiber was ±45°,the contour line of the triangle area formed by the broken tow was smaller in the contour edge area of composite skin panel parts on the small layer.The area of ±4.5mm was the area of gradual change in thickness,in which the assembly connection area should not be designed.During the process inspection,the requirements of thickness control accuracy and forming quality of triangle area should be relaxed appropriately.
